RETURN POLICY

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unworn, unused, with its original tags and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at infolifecapture@gmail.com. Once your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


Used Items, Customer-Damaged Items or Missing Original Packaging

If the item has been used, shows damage caused by the customer, or is missing its original packaging, the refund will be placed on hold until the item arrives at our facilities and we have been able to inspect it. Once the condition has been verified, we will let you know whether the refund is fully approved, partially approved, or denied based on our assessment of the product's condition.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (food, flowers or plants), custom products (special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns on hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. If you have questions or concerns about your specific item, please do not hesitate to contact us. Returns on sale items and gift cards are not accepted.


Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union — 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unworn, unused, with its original tags and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not yet received your refund, please contact us at infolifecapture@gmail.com.
